I Can't Play the Video Clips in My Course:

Our courses use Flash streaming technology and the players are right in the course material. If you can play videos on sites like YouTube and Hulu, then you should have no problems with our videos. Like YouTube, our players support full-screen video. You can test your Flash installation on Adobe's website.

You'll need to use Internet Explorer or FireFox and it will need to be configured correctly. (these are the only two supported web browsers) You'll also need the newest version of Flash installed. (see our software requirements for details)

If the video plays but is choppy, try pausing that player for a minute to let more of the file download before trying to play it again. This same technique also works on other sites like YouTube.

If you've done everything correctly and the videos don't play at all but you see an error message on the player, please contact tech support..

If you can't play videos on YouTube and in your course, you likely have a problem with Flash. Here is a link to Adobe's Support on Flash and here is a link for Adobe's Flash Uninstaller.

Because programs like Flash, and Adobe Reader have frequent security updates, we recommend you keep these programs up to date.
