If the Test will not open because it is locked (you can see a closed lock symbol beside it in the course menu), then contact your course instructor to get it opened.
If the test is unlocked, but won't open, make sure you are using Internet Explorer or FireFox as your web browser and that it's properly configured.
If you opened the test, but all you saw was a blank white window you'll need to turn off all popup blockers and you'll probably need to have the test unlocked.
If you finished the test and don't know if it recorded properly, check your gradebook. If it recorded you should see a date and time you submitted it and a grade.
If you think your internet connection was intermittent and you're now locked out, you'll need your test unlocked and please check your internet connection.
Don't navigate away from your test by going somewhere else on the internet. That will lock your test and you won't be able to get back into it to finish.
To help avoid problems consider restarting your computer before taking an online exam. If your computer has been on for a while this is good advice. This is especially true for Windows Vista users when the icon you're used to selecting for shutdown now only puts the computer into suspend.sleep mode.
Your operating system (Windows) loads into memory when the computer first starts and runs from within memory after that. Data in memory can corrupt and computers can lose data and start to misbehave. A restart is the first line of defense. You get a fresh copy of Windows and many problems just seem to disappear.
To see your grade and the feedback for your exam, go to the gradebook. If you click on the binoculars icon you should see your feedback (a popup blocker will interfere with this).
